Interim version. Quanterium hasn’t launched. We wrote this page in plain language for the website as it is today, and our lawyers will review it before launch. Questions: hello@quanterium.io.

Who we are

This website is run by My Pet Health Pty Ltd (ABN 26 672 552 699), the company developing Quanterium and Mooku. “We” and “us” on this page mean My Pet Health Pty Ltd. You can reach us at hello@quanterium.io.

Where things stand

Quanterium and Mooku aren’t live yet, so this policy covers this website only. Before the app launches we’ll publish a full privacy policy for it, covering pet health records, location data and how AI Triage processes information, and we’ll ask for your consent wherever the law requires it.

The law we follow

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We operate as though the Act applies to us, whatever our size.

What we collect

  • When you register interest or contact us: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, who you are (pet owner, vet clinic and so on) and your message.
  • When you request investor access: your name, email address, your confirmation of the eligibility and confidentiality statements, and when you entered the investor room.
  • To run the site securely: technical details our hosting provider records in server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites. The cookies page lists everything this site stores in your browser.

How we use it

We use your information only for the reason you gave it to us:

  • to reply to you;
  • to email pet owners who registered when early access opens in Australia;
  • to manage access to the investor room and the confidentiality that goes with it;
  • to keep this website secure.

We won’t use it for anything else without your consent, unless the law requires or allows it. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it with insurers, advertisers or data brokers.

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers help us run this website: our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., and the email service we use to receive and answer messages. They may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We only use providers that commit to protecting it, and they may use it only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and contact details until you ask us to remove them, or until we no longer need them for the launch or to answer you. We keep investor-access records for as long as the confidentiality obligations that go with them last.

Keeping it safe

We protect what we hold with access controls and encryption in transit. If a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we’ll tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, in plain language, within 72 hours of confirming it.

Your choices

  • Ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Stop launch emails at any time. Every email we send will have a way to unsubscribe.

Email hello@quanterium.io and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first at hello@quanterium.io. If we don’t resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
